REFUND POLICY

At No Off Season, we carefully schedule our classes, lessons, and facility rentals to ensure a quality experience for all athletes and teams. Because of the limited number of spots available and the advance planning required, all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

General Policy

• Classes & Workshops: All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

• Private Lessons: All lesson bookings are final. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

• Team Practice Packages: All team practice reservations and package purchases are final and non-refundable.

• Walk-In Rentals: All walk-in cage reservations are final and non-refundable.

 

Facility Cancellations

If a session, class, or practice is canceled by No Off Season due to weather, equipment issues, or staff availability, participants will receive a credit toward a future booking of equal value or be provided with a similar schedule make up time.

 

Special Circumstances

Exceptions may be considered, but are never guaranteed, in cases of serious injury, illness, or emergencies at the discretion of facility management.
